The range
Sizes given are the ones kept in stock. Anything else is a two week order from the supplier, and the price is much the same.
Column trophies
Marble base, gold column, figure on top. Eight to fourteen inches. The standard league trophy and the one most orders are built around.
From $9.75 each
Walnut plaques
Real walnut, 6x8 up to 9x12, brass or black plate. Retirements, service awards, memorials, and anything that will hang in an office for twenty years.
From $24.00 each
Medals and ribbons
Two inch, gold, silver, bronze. Ribbon in your school colors at no extra cost.
From $3.25 each
Crystal and glass
Sandblasted, not printed. For banquets, top salesperson, and anything given at a podium.
From $42.00 each
Acrylic
Lighter and cheaper than crystal, harder to break in a box of thirty going to a gym.
From $18.00 each
Perpetual plaques
The board that stays on the wall and gains a plate a year. We keep the file, so year sixteen matches year one, in the same face at the same size. This is the thing an out of state engraver cannot do for you.
Board from $95.00, plates $6.50 each
Badges and signs
Name badges, desk wedges, door plates, gavels. Small orders welcome, one is fine.
From $11.00 each
What the quantity does to the price
Engraving is set up once and then repeated, so the per-unit price falls fast and then flattens. These are the breaks most orders land on.
| Item | 1 to 9 | 10 to 24 | 25 to 49 | 50 and up |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Column trophy, 10 inch | $12.50 | $10.75 | $9.75 | $8.90 |
| Column trophy, 14 inch | $17.00 | $15.25 | $14.00 | $12.75 |
| Medal, 2 inch, with ribbon | $4.75 | $3.90 | $3.45 | $3.25 |
| Walnut plaque, 6x8 | $32.00 | $28.00 | $25.50 | $24.00 |
| Acrylic, 7 inch | $24.00 | $21.00 | $19.00 | $18.00 |
| Extra engraved line | $2.00 | $1.50 | $1.00 | No charge |
Figures shown are illustrative and set by the owner. A mixed order counts as one quantity, so twenty trophies and thirty medals reaches the fifty break together.
Season cut-offs and turnaround
Standard turnaround is five working days from the day the name list is final, and the name list is what holds most orders up, not the engraving.

Getting a price
Ring with three things and you will have a number the same day, usually while you are still on the phone.
- How many, and roughly what size
- The date they have to be in your hands, not the date of the banquet
- Whether the names are final or still being argued about
Artwork is not needed. A school logo we have cut before is already on file, and if it is not, a photograph of last year's trophy is enough to match it.
